Return Process

  Carefully place the jewelry in its original Ambi presentation box and secure it within a padded shipping envelope to prevent damage during transit.

  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned piece for quality assurance, we will process your refund or ship your new selection within 5-7 business days.
